Custom Orthotics, Made Smarter

Our New 3D Foot Scanner Is Here- Orthotics that actually match how you stand, walk, and move.

Custom Orthotics, Made Smarter

https://blueprintpodiatry.com.au/lp/custom-orthotics-made-smarter/
We’ve just launched weight bearing 3D scanned orthotics, capturing both feet in seconds. Designed and printed right here within the clinic

It’s finally arrived....Blueprint Podiatry is now using the latest in 3D foot scanning technology to build our custom orthotics in house.

This scanner captures both feet at once, while you’re standing in the most ideal position for you, giving us a live map of your foot structure and function. It’s clean, fast, and ridiculously accurate.

Combined with our in-house CAD design software and 3D printing setup, we’re now able to produce orthotics that better match your exact foot shape, shoe liner, and activity, whether you’re walking, working, or chasing your next PB.

How It Works:

1. Stand on the scanner (takes 2 seconds)
The iFeet Neo captures both feet in full detail while you’re weight-bearing. No foam. No mess.

2. See your foot structure in 3D
We’ll show you your scan on-screen and walk you through how your foot’s moving.

3. Orthotics are designed with CAD software
Tailored to your needs-sport, work, school, pain points, shoe type. Every angle is custom.

4. Printed in-house for a perfect match
Made using ultra-resilient materials that last longer and hold their shape better than ever before.

5. Fitted in clinic with same-day support
We’ll check them with you, make any tweaks, and send you off with a true fit.

Why We Made the Switch

We’ve used weight-bearing systems for years. But our new 3D scanner allows us to take things further, faster, cleaner, and with greater accuracy.

These orthotics are:

  • More durable than previous models

  • Custom-fitted to match your actual shoe liner

  • Designed for performance and all-day comfort

  • Built using data from your gait and foot posture

And the best part? The price hasn’t changed.

  • Kids with flat feet or foot pain

  • Runners and gym-goers

  • Tradespeople or standing workers
