Jackson McDonald

Jackson McDonald is our new Podiatrist at Blueprint Podiatry. Jackson has lived on the Central Coast for most of his life and has always had a passion for helping others. This passion led to Jackson completing his Podiatry degree at the University of Newcastle, in which he received a Bachelor of Podiatry.

Throughout his time studying at the University of Newcastle, he developed an interest in a range of different areas of Podiatry such as High-Risk Footcare, sports-related injuries/conditions, footwear, and orthotic therapy, as well as preventative foot care. As a part of Jacksons' studies, he underwent several clinical placements, in which he learned several skills, furthering his Podiatric knowledge and skillsets. Jackson has also had experience in High-Risk clinics, where he observed and treated patients with High-Risk conditions.

During his spare time, Jackson enjoys downhill mountain bike riding, surfing, fishing, and camping. His passion for Podiatry began when he personally received treatment for his feet, regarding the foot pain he was suffering from. This is when he realised the positive impact Podiatrists can have on people’s lives.
